Weight Watchers Points Plus
I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I started back at the beginning of Mar 2011 to get back to Goal. I need to lose 22 pounds. This is my first time following the points plus system. When I got lifetime a few years ago I was following the points system (Momentum) and right at the end I did Core for a few months. A lot of the recipes are low fat but some are just my normal recipes that I have figured out the points on so I am posting them here so I don't have to recalculate it every time. ENJOY!!!
Recipe Explanation
After each ingredient I list the points for that ingredient. If it is a Filling food it will have an (F) after the ingredient. At the top of the recipe I list the total points for the recipe, how many it serves, the serving size and how many points per serving.
